Marital Status does not change

Myself and my partner went to home affairs on the 23rd to submit her divorce decree after we found out that she is still married after being divorced in court for 5 years and now it has been 6 months and her status is still showing married, we had the run around for months now and fed up with this we have gone to home affairs in Randburg we have emailed and phoned please sort this out.
