Marital status and adoption status not updated in 9 yrs

I've beed divorced in April 2019. I have submitted my documents twice by hand and once by email as requested from homeaffairs. It is now November and I get told they are working on my application to update my status now but they've been saying that for 3 months now. I am also trying to update my son's adoption now for 9 yrs and have submitted the documents probably 30 times and he is still not registered as my child. I have about 30 case numbers from homeaffairs that they have given me where they were working on the application but no luck yet after 9 yrs. I want to go the legal route now and take homeaffairs to court. If they cannot update an adoption in 9 yrs I have no trust in the system that they will update my marital status even if I call them every week still on both cases. Who is going to assist me to take homeaffairs to court on both matters?? I need both resolved now.
