MARIAGE CERTIFICATE

It is now over 1 year that I am trying to get my unabridged MARIAGE certificate. I call basically every week to be told the same thing, over and over: they are looking for my MARIAGE certificate in archive. I have emailed my MARIAGE certificate with the MARIAGE officer name, I have emailed them my divorce papers. NOTHING HELPS.

THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED AND BOTHERED!
