Maponya Mall (Thosong service centre) Online Bookings unavailable

It seems like ID collection is a problem as there's always not slot available from Maponya Mall Home affairs in Pimville. What should one do because they are always offline? You can't even walk in because the security won't allow you. The tell you to go & book online... which one?
