Mankwe Home Affairs Mogwase- Beyond excellent service.

Mankwe DHA office in Mogwase is one of its kind, from Customer Service excellence, to efficiency, to Batho Pele principle, to committed workers. We went there on Monday 24 August 2026 at 10 am by 10:30 am. We were assisted, to make a passport for a child. Friday, 28 August 2026 we received a message our passport is ready. Really, if this is not customer excellence, then I don't know what else could it be.

Mzansi people, there is still hope for South Africa. If all the public servants would be diligent and intentional to put the customer at the centre, like team Mankwe from Department of Home Affairs Rustenburg in Mogwase. South Africa Africa would be a better place to live in and rank among the highest performing countries.

This was not my first encounter of excellence at this place. I would like to conclude by applauding the staff: Tsholofelo Baigaki, and Keoraletse among others. Keep shining!
