****** Manger at Randfontein brunch

Good day, I made a booking to have my passport renewed; the invoice was for R1600 instead of R600. instead of correcting the error they left it and when I went back to the brunch after booking and queuing, I was told to go to the cashier as she needs to link my payment and will get notification after 2 weeks to collect my passport, after receiving an email saying my application has been cancelled I tried to contact the manager at Randfontein she made it a racial issue saying I need to go back to the white lady to ask her why the application was cancelled and I need to re do the process. I want my refund back as I will prefer going to different brunch at this rate. NEVER AGAIN
