Malmesbury Home Affairs Well Done

I never thought I will be able to write anything good regarding SA Home Affairs in my life time.

But here it is lol!

Western Cape Home Affairs Malmesbury went there this morning at 05h00 standing in a medium size que. At 7:30 officials already starting to collect everyone in collecting only papers PLEASE take note office only opens at 08h00 so u can imagine my surprise!

Time went on line moved as slowly as usual BUT the security staff constantly moved between everyone making sure u are in correct line and helping ppl that needed to move ahead.

The way the staff inside and outside was helping the elderly was AMAZING these poor old folk comes there so confused and the Malmesbury staff made it there mission to help them and was friendly and helpful to all the rest of us.

My son while we where standing in line my son 4 year old started a Mexican Wave and everyone joined in as everyone was tired but the mindset and vibe was just amazing!!

WELL DONE MALMESBURY HOME AFFAIRS!!

We left at 11h00 average 3 hrs helped taken from 08h00 which I considered with the little staff they have absolutely amazing and they did it with all over smiles.
