Making things worst for everyone

I app**** for a UnaBriged Certificate for my daughter, that is currently living with her mom in Germany, in March of 2015. Since then I have had no luck in getting the certificate from the Akasia regional Office. The German embassy want to deport my daughter from Germany, and she has issues getting into schools because of this delay.<br> <br> I have been in contact with the \Call Center"and the Akasia Office"
