Louisa from Home Affairs Hotline

I had to call home affairs this morning regarding an online passport application that i was struggling with. I was dreading the call ! 3 calls later and holding for a combined time of approximately 25 minutes i figured i was going to get nowhere today.... I WAS WRONG! I was lucky enough to speak to Louisa. She was so incredibly helpful, she really went the extra mile to assist me with my query. Louisa has changed my view of Home Affairs drastically! I wish that everyone would have the opportunity to deal with someone as professional and helpful as Louisa. Well done on excellent Customer Service!
