Long wait on an Unabridged Certificate

I have been sent from pillar to post at the home affairs in terms of getting my daughters unabridged certificate. I app**** for this in July when applying I was told it will take 6-8 weeks, after that period I have been following up to find the same feedback that they have sent the query to the officials and I should follow up within 72 hours. the reference number is ***. the recent call I have made where I spoke to Abbort Sharindza who advised the last time the officials responded was on the 02-10-2015 saying they will look into it. This is too much of an inconvenience as I have been taking days of work to go to the home affairs with, I also went to resubmit the same application documents in August which they said it will be done in 30 days. No one is willing to assist its like you are speaking to the machine because they are saying the same thing and refusing me to speak to a manager. now I have to take another day off to go to the home affairs to get a letter to travel with my child!!!!
