LONG WAIT FOR UN-ABRIDGE

I app**** for my un-abridge birth certificate on 10 July 2019, to date 3/10/19 I have not received confirmation that it is ready for collection. I have been into the Cullinan branch 3x times now with the same answer, its still in progress. They initially said it would take between 6 and 8 weeks. It has been WAY more now, and I urgently need this for my Work Visa to be approved.
