long wait for smart card id

I have app**** for a smart card id , paid the 140.00 i called in a weeks time your id still in process called a week later , your id has been processed yet , called a week later - your id is stuck in printing ( i mean what does that even ) i have escalated this to management and after 7 days you must follow up

i mean really almost 3 weeks , going for a month

this is bad service i mean we pay that price expecting it to be done in time i mean really
