Long pending PR application

Hi Sir, I submitted my wife Basudha Modak and Son Siddhant Modak's PR application on 14th Sept 2018 , It's almost 13 months gone with out any update/progress . I am really worried now due to following reasons, 1) I am getting continuous alert from my son's school on the submission of PR as his study visa is from his old school and he is studying in school based on PR application only. 2) Both of them's (wife and son) dependent visa status will expire soon, so post the end date of dependent visa, both of them will be at risk to leave the country.
