LINDIWE MOTSEPE FROM HOME AFFAIRS BENONI IS RUDE!

I am utterly disgusted by the level of poor service we receive from public servants. I do not blame the long ques on them but when you abuse your power just to get back at someone it becomes a problem. The lady in question is LINDIWE MOTSEPE from Home Affairs in BENONI. I had been hijacked the previous day and I walked over her desk to ask where to go, oh hell broke loose. She started talking to me in a condescending tone and asking me if I can't see the que, but I told I just want to ask a question she then snapped and asked me to sit down. As I tried to communicate with her that I just have a question she ignored me and called the next person in line. As if that was enough she continued to randomly pick anyone in the line for assistance. When we asked why can't she follow procedure and make the process fair by following the line she deliberately ignored us and continued to take anyone. We spent hours with no help until one of her colleagues assisted us 20 minutes before closing time. There were elderly people in the que who were tired and hungry but that didn't matter to her.
