Legally adopted children denied ID numbers

After 10 applications having been submitted to Home Affairs, I still do not have an ID number for my child. Aaron Ramudumo, Director of Births, Deaths and Marriages does not respond to phone calls, email or SMSs. He is treating the public, who are the purpose of his job and are in fact paying his salary, with utter disrespect.
