Lazy workers

Hi my name is Zanele Shongwe i app**** for my ID at home affairs in orlando west on 24th of October i waited for the sms for almost a month and i decided to go and check it after that long waiting, and then a day after i received an sms from them telling me that my ID was ready on 25th November. But now the thing is we wait for long hours i believe that they are lazy to work, i came back three times to collect my ID but i always go back empty handed there system is always offline!!!
