late registration for an id book

<p>I app**** for a late registration in November 2015 for an id number as I was born in south africa baragwanth hospital .I wentto home affairs Orlando with my mom and the documents I I got from baragwanth to prove that I was born in SA.I was told to come back in March 2016 which is after 3months after I app**** then I was told that I should come back after 3 months again which is in July 2016 and I was told that it has been declined due to a lot who have app**** for late registration.I need help to get my id number but home affairs is failing me.
