Lack of service delivery

Im very much disappointed in the lack of service delivery provided by the mafikeng branch, what does it take for 1 to aquire a passport document already ive been there 3 times now on my fourth visit theres been no changes with the power cuts and network running low, fail to understand y theres no back up . The stuff members are just too relaxed especially when helping us and im in need of a passport urgently, its either more stuff be hired in order for effective productivity to occur for whats happening currently is just not on
