LACK OF SERVICE DELIVERY

Pathetic bunch of *****s!!!! These ******s say they never received an application for a marraige certificate. And when provided proof of such application took no responsibility and did not care. Well 14 weeks later and application and payment round two...guess what? Still no unabridged marriage certificates. Now the Pretoria office wants my husband to their job for them... yes he must go collect paper work at Randburg home affairs where we were married and take it to the Pretoria office. The department as a whole should just close their doors....waste of tax payers money, space and oxygen. Cannot suffer you fools no longer!!!!
