Lack of service at Home Affairs

App**** for an unabridged marriage certificate October 2020, was advised that it takes three months to push a button and print the certificate, paid the fee. End of January 2021 waited in the queue for a few hours, only to be told, quite abruptly, not ready. Repeated the futile exercise yet again at the end of February, March and April. At the end of May I sent an email to the manager of the Randburg Home Affairs, Mr Lehasa Lekalakala asking for clarification and help. He rep****, telephonically, confirming that the email was received and asked what I collected about 6 years ago. No further communication. At the end of May, I once again sent an email to him, copied to head office, which appears to have been ignored.
