Lack of Service and Symphathy

I am very disappointed with the service that my mother is receiving with Home Affairs. My mother Malerato Lydia Dlamini Identity number *** joined Sentilnel in 2013, however last year in April if i am not mistaken it was discovered that her status shows as \DECEASED"";NULL;NULL;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ***;581581;688686;18;2;0;0;0;0;2;NULL;NULL;NULL;15/08/18 8:38;15/08/18 7:05;TWO AND HALF WEEKS WITHOUT ELECTRICITY;;;;Our neighbour and us experienced a cable theft on the morning of the 6/8/15 and we immediately alerted Eskom of our predicament with reference number ***. This is a known fact at this day and age that one cannot survive without this essential service for a day but in our case, we haven't had electricity for two and half weeks now. With the numerous daily phone calls to Eskom call centre, it is clear that as paying customers, we are not being taken seriously. As a temporary relief measures, our neighbour came to our temporary assistance and they agreed for us to run a 70 meters cable just to get the fridge running and at least one light in the entire house. I think it is high time that Eskom takes its customers seriously and provide an efficient service which is hard to come by taking into account that they're unable to manage themselves properly where \customer service\"" is non existent. Would this have dragged this long if it happened to anyone of their own?"""
