Lack of Service

<p>I app**** for an Unabridged Birth Certificate for 2 of my daughters at the Wynberg Branch in Cape Town in January 2016. Not long after the one was ready for collection. Month after Month for the remainder of 2016 I called in to enquire when the other one will be ready. Only to be told that they don't know. I decided to be patient. In January 2017 I received an SMS saying that I should come in to complete 2 forms. I went in and did it. It is now Mid-May 2017 and still nothing, despite my numerous attempts to regularly call in. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am disgusted at the level of service. This is totally unacceptable!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>Unfortunately this program forces me to do a STAR rating. Sadly I have to chose 1 Star. If I had the option to not select any stars, that would be my choice. They don't even deserve a 1 Star Rating
