Lack of service

<p>I went to the UIF offices in Roodepoort to register for unemployment. That went well since then I have been back 3 month in a row whereby nothing has happened. </p> <p> </p> <p>I get told they have a backlog. How is it possible to have a backlog for that long? Why is nothing done to try and get up to date with the claims...?</p> <p> </p> <p>Yet all debtors are expecting money while the department could not be bothered to see the urgency on a SA citizen not receiving month that is dually owed to me. And if I ask around this seems too been the norm for Home Affairs to try and delay payment as long as possible.</p> <p>All they do is sign your form each time and say come back in a month’s time. This is totally unacceptable.</p> <p> </p>
