LACK OF SENSE SERVICE AT CRESTA DEPARTMENT OF HOME AFFAIRS
Hi,
I don't even understand why DEPARTMENT OF HOME AFFAIRS CRESTA has a 2 rating, it should be 0! Honesty.
I am appauled by the inconsistent and non-chalant way that ALL HOME AFFAIRS operates. I have been to Randburg, Maponya and now to Cresta.
I have been back at Cresta for the third time now, juggling around how to get here with being a working individual as well. No apology or any sort of remorse or urgency from the people at the front desk to assist and explain processes thoroughly and with well informed detail so that there is no confusion on what needs to happen when applying for Maternity and also when applying for an ID card.
The lack of compassion around the fact that we are working individuals who have to run around and adjust our schedules because we get a Whatsapp number to contact in terms of whether the system is online or offline and we jump to the occasion because offline should be the head stamp on every individuals foreheads at Home Affairs that presents themselves with no courtesy or consideration towards others.
The service is the lowest form of pathetic. I have been to Home Affairs at the Crack of Dawn and stood in a line in the cold, in the parking lot at Maponya. I have stood in the rain, outside at Randburg and I have waited like a fool at Cresta coming back for the third time to sort out something as simple as an ID. I have been here in the afternoon as well as late afternoon.

Honestly! Ship up the service and the etiquette too! This is pathetic.
