Lack of Customer Service

One star is even too much. I received an SMS saying I can collect my Passport, upon arrival (before 15h00) with 19 other people. I was told to go home because they cut the collection line.

Consultants were packing their bags at 15h00?

The manager ignored us when we tried to negotiate with him, the staff members thought it was a great idea to make a mocking out of us and laugh.

I am so disappointed & disgusted with the lack of service!! They could've handled this so much better! But they decided to be disrespectful.

We were forced out by police officers.

This is causing a lot of inconvenience, I have a deadline to collect my documents I can't go to the German Embassy without my needed documentation.

I am so upset!
