Bad experience ever. My friend is there as I write here from 07h00.She said they'll be a loadshadding at 09h00.KwsMhlanga home affairs hasn't opened. Their trucks are coming in and going out. No one is informing them of what is happening. They're been turned back home more than 4 times.
