Krugersdorp Department of Home Affairs failed me

I'm a divorced mother but Krugersdorp Department of Home Affairs issues my ex-husband an abridged birth certificate with only his details as a parent and on applying for the one with my particulars as I changed my surname...It's been 2 years and I paid the fee but everytime I visited them I'm told that the certificate is not ready.
