Is it possible for DHA and their staff, as well as Ricardo Abrams to have the decency to answer e-mails and calls - if he doesn't have the courtesy to return e-mails and answer on bad service, then how are the rest of the staff supposed to be accountable?!

Daughter had to be at school and write a test, but we had to wait in line for hours with a queue not moving. I am trying to find out where my child's passport is and when we can expect it. Also no consideration given to children who actually have to be at school and not wasting their time in a queue. I've heard that DHA used to give scholars first preference when applying for passports and ID's.

Just let me know how far her passport is!!!
