I have been to Home Affairs 3 times to collect my Id and every time they say that the system is offline, which is so ridiculous, before you had electronic systems was it not manually operated? this is really pathetic that the system gets blamed for lazy people, how often does the system gets serviced? I have not even received a sms for collection i had to phone constantly getting cut off.

how long must i still wait for this id to eventually arrive knowing i have to waist my time standing in the ques.
