Just close the branch

I feel the Home Affairs branch in Germiston must just be closed or moved to another place in Germiston because they are always offline, always without electricity, each and every day. The staff always know they won't be working for the whole day. We are tired of wasting our monies by going there to find notes on the door. PLEASE DO SOMETHING OR CLOSE DOWN THE BRANCH. USE GENERATORS PLZ
