It's been 3 months and few weeks waiting for my unabridged birth certificate!!!!!

I app**** for my son's unabridged birth certificate on the 10 October 2019 till now I have not receive a sms telling me to collect. When i go check for it they keep on saying it not yet ready i must wait for the sms.

seriously how long do I have to wait?? I really need this to submit it to somewhere now I'm delaying.
