Issues with Home Affairs eHome Services website

Terrible website. YIt either takes forever to receive an OTP SMS to logging, even sometimes after resending request to get one multiple time OR you don't receive anything at all. Then when you actually DO receive an OTP, the site always has issues, either part of the site doesn't load, or the whole thing entirely doesn't load at all, you just get a blank white screen. Buttons to click next don't load, PDF forms don't load so you cant capture/edit data at all.
