Refusing to give me and my son in matric our id,I app**** last year November,my son December we both received messages that our I'd are ready for collection when I went there to collect they say I must book for collection, I have been trying to book since I can't get a slot , every day and night I try to get a slot for collection,I can't get a slot, even for booking it was not easy,I app**** for our id on their mobile cars, because home affairs there's no slot, there's always a long queue of foreigners ,is like they prioritise them over us because they know, they will give them bribes,I want to report this to minister of home affairs but I don't know how, please help us to get our IDs my child needs it since he is in matric
