Insertion of Fathers details on the birth certificate

I app**** for insertion of Fathers details on the unabridged birth certificate 2016/ 12/ 09

First time I did the follow up, I was told application in progress waiting for the documents from archive. Six months later I went to home affairs Randburg and was told to log a call with the call center. I did log a call and they gave me a reference number, and told me after three to six weeks I should call for a follow up and I did call complained via email, they came back with the same storey requested documents from archive, what a service it's unexplainable
