Insertion in Birth certificate - 3 months

Hi<br> <br> We app**** for an insertion of the biological fathers name on the child birth certificate on the 8th August ref number *** and have been following up on a weekly basis. Unfortunately we are still waiting for the revised birth certificate which we need in the next week to enable us to apply for a holiday visa.
