Inhumane treatment by DHA

For the first time I truly understand why the Department of Home Affairs has been dubbed the Department of Horror Affairs. I have just left the Centurion office in tears after their horrific, INHUMANE treatment of their customers. One does not even get to put a foot in the front door, we had to stand outside in this debilitating heat, with NO protection from the punishing sun, no shade or shelter, nowhere to sit, you have to stand all the time. We stood there for 2 1/2 hours before I almost passed out from heatstroke and was forced to leave. I am badly sunburned as well.<br> <br> And while the decent, honest, law abiding, non-******* citizens are patiently standing wilting and burning in the sun during a heatwave, the ******* security guard is taking bribes (R400 a pop) from people so that they can push in and get inside quicker. A truly horrific experience and I am also from now onwards going to refer to them as the Department of HORROR AFFAIRS!!!!! And I don't expect I'll even get a response. *******ion in the SA government is far too commonplace and the government departments don't give a flying **** in space about the wellbeing of their consumers.
