Incorrect marital status on my late mother's death certificate.

<p>My mother passed on on 28 May 3016,l went to Home Affairs for a death certificate.The certificate was issued on the same day,but the problem is that the marital status on the death certificate is reflected as DIVORCED.My father and mother did not divorce,my father died in 1983,he has never divorced they were married according to Customary Union.</p> <p>I went to Home Affairs Offices Ulundi KZN to get this fixed todathe no response has been received from Home Affairs.</p> <p>I am now faced with a problem of administration of my late mothers Estate,Master'Office require Decree of divorce which is not there,everything is stand still.My mother's ID number is ********** 144087 the abridged death certificate serial number is F ********** .</p>
