Inconsiderate to infants

<p>Insisted we wait in the long queue outside with my 7 week old. Took us 1.5hrs to get in. I went in to feed him after 30mins of waiting. The baby room is also the fingerprint room, so that was awful and awkward! Then when I went with my tired baby to ask for a form, they asked where my husband was. I said he was in queue outside and Ms Joyce Maysesola (hope I noted her name right) got annoyed and so rude and said (over my crying baby) - you will not get a ticket until he comes. Horrible, horrible experience.</p>
