Incompitent staff of phuthaditjhaba

I am Nkoapho Ntswaki Selinah and app**** for id card and passport ad home affairs phuthaditjhaba on the 17th august and paid R540 one of thier incompitent staff made a mistake with my id number when i was paying and put my husband's id number now they cant link payments.Im dissapointed and frastrated at the same time, if they cant help me who will?
