***********, unhelpful!

I app**** for a new smart card ID on the 17th of April at the Vereeniging Home Affairs. Today I received an sms and email saying that my ID is ready for collection. I left my home at approximately 15:00 and arrived at the home affairs at 15:30. I checked up online that they close at 16:00 so i knew i still had time! Upon arrival the gates were shut. A man working for the home affairs sitting outside says they are closed and theres no way i can collect i should return on monday. He was very abrupt and rude. He opened the gate and door and slammed closed after entering! Another lady working by the security scanner opened the door again! I tried explaining that i got the sms and i drove all the way to collect it and they supposed to close only at 4 and theres still time! She refused and said no they closed without any valid reasoning! It seems to me that the home affairs of Vereeniging is ***********, unhelpful and overall useless!
