*********** and poor service

Department of Home Affairs King Williams is failing us... My daughter submitted an application to change her surname last year March. When she went back there to check after 6 months she was told that there is nothing submitted on their system. When she asked to see the guy that she handed her application to she was told that he is on leave. She went back and the guy was back from leave. This guy checked and accepted that the application is lost. How? Why?

Spoke to management who promised that the application will be priotirised and it will take less than the normal time as it is their mistake. That was in January then till today not even a communication from them. Their service is poor.

How is going to vote if she does not have an ID, she is stuck we are unable to do anything. What about her future... No something must be done we are tired of *********** people working in these Departments.
