Incompetence

I app**** for an ID on the 25th March, followed the procedures & made a payment of R140. On March 28 I received an sms stating that the is an outstanding amount of R140. I called the Home Affairs office in Mamelodi, they said they made a mistake when sending application to command center.

Sent the proof of payment twice to the head office, still no feedback or movement on the case.

The officials at the Mamelodi offices are very rude & they offer zero assistance.
