Incompetancy

<p>After several emails & phone calls on a daily basis for the past year regarding my daughters unabridge birth certificate i still dont get any reply or feedback from the Department of Home Affairs or they Ministers. There is still no feedback for the certificate for ID ********** 277089 which is my daughter.</p> <p>Please urgently assist with this issue as we will be traveling within 4 weeks and this document is needed to finalize our travel arrangements. Your urgent attention is required.</p> <p>What am i supposed to do now, clearly no one is interested to help me.</p>
