Inappropriate deceit

<p>My mother and I had app**** for the new smart IDs at the centurion department of home affairs. Unaware that this specific office does not offer smart ID cardus. Yet I continued to proceed to apply for the ID. Went back to the branch to find out if it was possible to cancel the application and be refunded as I am interested in the ID CARD not the ID BOOK. I was told that I couldn't be refunded, how is this possible when I have the receipt of payment.</p>
