In FEAR of centurion home affairs

I would like to know who may I contact in connection with an utterly terrible experience with a big african lady at the centurion offices, who screamed at myself and my baby infront of every one, that I had to leave with no papers collected accompanied with fear of returning back to complete forms in order to get my baby's documents in order.
