Improvement needed

We got married in August I really struggled to get hold of Home Affairs as I tried about 6 different numbers till I came through to the right person who helped me. Home Affairs Kempton Park was very easy to work with ,the process was quick but the staff is not that friendly and the place can use some cleaning up!
