Impressive service at the Wynberg Office

This review goes out to the Department of Home affairs in Wynberg. I was in the queue from 6:00 and was done by 11:50 which is record breaking as I know for sure that there would be a lot of issues at the Bellville or Cape Town branch. Not only did they have undercover parking where you can conveniently park your car for a cheap rate, the line is also in the parking area making it convenient for any weather. The staff had the lines in control, order in their process and listened to each person for what they needed (which is VERY IMPORTANT) . My only flaw is with the DOH website itself, as it constantly gives errors when submitting online applications but the Wynberg staff picked it up very easily. Thank you Team. Keep up the good work and don't forget to always smile when helping your clients.
