Impolite woman working from Absa Towers branch in JHB

To that impolite woman, serving the DHA from Absa Towers branch in Johannesburg, YOU, in my opinion, should not be permitted to deal with applicants. Perhaps you hate you job. Perhaps you just have a mean, uncivil attitude. Maybe you're a ******? Who knows? One thing I'm certain of, DHA woman servicing applicants from Absa Towers, is that you're suffering from a severe case of delusions of grandeur. You call "NEXT" and no-one responds. So, because I was only there to COLLECT my passport, I approached your cubicle (since none of the other waiting applicants approached you after you shouted "NEXT!". You then asked me if I have been waiting in line or did I push-in? No, I did NOT push-in. No-one responded to your "next" call, except me. You sent me to the back of the queue but ended up serving me anyway because all of the waiting applicants were either there with some-one else or didn't require any service from you. So, you sent me to the back of the queue and, as it happened, I was NEXT. So, take your attitude elsewhere since we cannot take our applications elsewhere, unless we go directly to the Department of Home Affairs and we all know what a nightmare that is. You might like to find yourself a nice cushy job; one which does not involve much work or effort and definitely one where you are kept as far away from the public as possible. I hope I never have the displeasure of dealing with your bad attitude ever again. God forbid you serve me when I collect my ID card. You have a false impression of your own importance. Get over yourself!
