******* immigration and duplicate

i found out in 2015 that there was duplicate of my id number and it showed that i was a ******* immigrate , i was told to provide a school letter where a started grade 1 and a maternity from the hospital that i was born in including the copy on my id.In 2016 i provided them with all the documents a month later a did a follow up i was told they did not receive my application,in October 2017 a resubmitted, every time i call the call center they are telling me it is under investigation. In September 2018 i found out i was pregnant in went to home affairs again to follow up on the status of my application the immigration officer told me that she does not know what to do they have been doing follow ups with the Pretoria offices no one has given them feedback. i cannot apply for a smart Id and i would be able to do a birth certificate for the baby.
