******** and useless

Absolutely pathetic. I was on 5 different calls each over 45 minutes long. The lady on the phone just said she wont help me with my problem (i had this same problem before and they fixed it over the phone) so i know this is the correct procedure but with ******** people on the phone there has been no changes.
